Do I need to own my own equipment?

We can provide a helmet for your first few lessons! Saddles and bridles will be provided when riding a Cold Spring Farm horse!

Do I need to own my own horse?

While we do not provide lesson horses we are happy to help you find the perfect lease situation if horse ownership is not something you feel ready for! If you are interested in purchasing a horse we are happy to help.

What should I wear?

You should wear breeches, a tucked in shirt, boots with a heel, and we highly recommend gloves! No baggy clothing or crop tops. Long hair must be pulled back in a ponytail. If breeches are not available to you, a pair of leggings will do the trick, we ask that you not wear jeans!
